  • Reduce repetitive messaging between hero and process sections.
  • Improve conversion clarity without overloading the page with effects.

Strategy

What shaped the concept direction

Text-First Value Proposition

Reframed the positioning around 'Text flight # -> pickup plan' so the core benefit is immediate, memorable, and easy to act on.

Utility + Trust Before Friction

Placed a live tracker utility, SMS backup flow, route relevance, and contingency handling up front to answer real rider concerns before asking for commitment.

Systemized Conversion UX

Standardized buttons, input sizing, spacing rhythm, and section ordering to keep interactions clean and reduce decision fatigue across the full page.
